PROJECTS
Creating opportunities for young people and improving health outcomes for women’s health in fragile rural communities
Starting in June 2024 and continuing through September 2025, our organization will embark on the following high impact projects:
Potable Water
Every day in rural communities and other poor urban centers throughout Cameroon, hundreds of thousands of people suffer from a lack of access to clean and safe drinking water. Our organization plans to help build 100 water wells to assist needy communities in having access to potable, drinking
School Desks and Chairs
Everyday, millions of children throughout Cameroon struggle to learn while sitting on the floor or on the ground outdoors. Giving them a desk, where they can write and concentrate, empowers their educational journey and fuels their dreams for the future.
Cancer Education and Awareness
Studies show that rural women often have limited knowledge about breast and cervical cancer, including symptoms, risk factors, and the importance of screening. Our cancer education and awareness initiative aims to reduce cancer incidence and mortality by providing information on prevention, early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and access to screenings and treatments. Key aspects of our education and awareness focuses on overcoming barriers to screening by educating the public on lifestyles changes like a healthy diet, regular physical activity, avoiding smoking, and informing the public about the warning signs and symptoms of different cancers. Our organization puts a strong emphasis on the benefits of regular cancer screenings, such as mammograms, colonoscopies, and Pap tests, which can detect cancers at their earliest, most treatable stages. We partner with community leaders, local authorities and NGOs to offer mobile clinics to disadvantaged women, elderly, and disabled populations who have limited access to modern health facilities. We do also provide financial assistance to help cover the costs of screening and treatment.

- Provide computer equipment, desks, and chairs to schools in the Bassa- Mpo’o-Bati communities, giving children the tools they need to learn and thrive.
Replaced leaking and damaged roofs, ensuring students can continue learning safely during the rainy season.
Upgraded sanitation facilities, leveled school grounds to prevent flooding, and implemented waste management practices to create healthier learning environments.
- Improved transport infrastructure in Makak-Minka-Malombo (Nyong-Et-Kelle Division), enabling the movement of people, goods, and services and strengthening community life.
These improvements are not just physical assets-they are foundations for education, economic, social interaction, and personal mobility, making a lasting difference in the lives of rural communities.
We prioritize efficient fund allocation, ensuring the majority of funds directly benefit our programs and initiatives.
